Your responsibilities

• Establish and maintain automated testing strategies for our software products, ensuring their effectiveness and relevance.
• Oversee and execute manual and automated tests on our software products, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify, reproduce, and report bugs and performance issues while providing detailed analyses and accurate reports.
• Work closely with developers to resolve bugs and continuously improve software quality.
• Lead and participate in the implementation of testing strategies and continuous improvement processes for our products.
• Mentor and train QA team members, ensuring their professional development and the adoption of best testing practices.
• Ensure effective communication between development and testing teams, facilitating the quick resolution of issues.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of testing tools and environments to optimize team efficiency.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree +5 / Engineering degree.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a QA, with prior experience in team management.
• Hands-on experience with one of these tools: Cypress, Storybookjs, Chromatic, Selenium or Webdriver, Puppeteer, Playwright, Cucumber, etc.
• Proficiency in automated testing tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of software development processes and QA best practices.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and web application architectures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of FinTech standards and regulations would be a plus.
• Team spirit.
• Creativity and innovation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with good synthesis abilities.
• Ability to lead meetings and excellent writing skills.
