About the position

As part of a large-scale restructuring project aimed at implementing an ISMS and a complete overhaul of our infrastructure, you will support the DevOps team and our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). You will work closely with them to ensure the implementation of the information system security policy and ensure compliance with its requirements.

You will also collaborate with our external partners on cybersecurity and computer solution topics, serving as their main point of contact.

Your responsibilities

In this dynamic and high-stakes environment for the company, you will be involved in several projects:

• Participate in the implementation of procedures and documentation.
• Actively contribute to the implementation of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
• Assist in security monitoring and the implementation of risk management policies.
• Contribute to the organizational security certification project (ISO 27001).
• Provide support in conducting internal audits and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage internal infrastructure and environments.
• Install Windows systems, perform PC maintenance, and provide technical support.
• Administer systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Automate processes to increase operational efficiency.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Engineering degree in Networks, Systems, Security, and/or Cybersecurity.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in a similar role within the IT sector.
• Solid knowledge of Linux, Windows, and Microsoft Azure environments.
• Familiarity with international security and cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001, CISSP, and CISM.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN communication protocols.
• Strong skills in managing complex infrastructures.
• Ability to quickly solve technical problems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Technical Expertise

• Operating Systems: Windows, Linux.
• Operational knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, VPN, Firewalls, SOC, Microsoft Office 365.
• Understanding of multi-tier application architecture.
• Knowledge of IT system monitoring.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Knowledge of SOC tools.
• Antivirus management.
• Remote control via SCCM.
