About the position

As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will be primarily involved in sourcing and recruitment activities across the entire group, with a particular focus on our French entity. You will work closely with both the HR and Sales teams to manage candidate profiles, ensuring efficient follow-up tailored to the specific needs of each business unit.

Your responsibilities

  • Actively source qualified candidates for various roles within the French business unit.
  • Collaborate with consultants and the sales team to manage candidate profiles efficiently.
  • Maintain and update recruitment processes, ensuring they remain compliant and effective.
  • Analyze candidate profiles to assess their fit with client needs.
  • Ensure smooth and transparent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to the writing and publishing of job advertisements on various platforms.

What we are looking for

  • Degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an IT services company or digital consulting firm.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to effectively assess candidates’ experience and potential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
