About the position

This position is based in Paris, within the teams of our client.

Above all, you will contribute to strategic projects for some of the leading players in European financial markets.

Your responsibilities

• • Prepare and structure sophisticated, high-value datasets for an Asset Manager in Paris.

  • Write Python code to extract, transform, and compute business data, building datasets tailored to specific business needs.

  • Design and implement quality checks to ensure data reliability.

  • Ensure datasets are integrated into a data warehouse following best practices.

  • Test and validate data integrity, operating with significant autonomy across your scope.

  • Collaborate with client teams to fully understand business requirements and ensure consistency in deliverables.

What we are looking for

• • Master’s degree in computer science (or equivalent).

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position focused on data preparation and management.

  • Strong command of Python applied to data engineering (80% of the role involves Python development).

  • Experience in capital markets (CIB, Asset Management) is required.

  • Ability to work independently, with rigor and attention to detail, on critical and confidential topics.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French; English is a plus.

  • Experience with BI tools (such as Tableau) is a plus.
