Your Responsibilities

• Create engaging videos through motion design or editing, based on provided briefs and scripts.
• Participate actively throughout the entire creative process: storyboard development, editing, graphic design, music and voice-over integration, and subtitling.
• Adapt videos effectively for multiple platforms: websites, social media, internal presentations, etc.
• Maintain visual consistency according to brand guidelines.
• Generate fresh, innovative ideas to enrich existing formats.
• Stay updated on video trends and industry best practices.
• Manage the organization and archiving of video projects.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in audiovisual production, design, communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Video Maker, Motion Designer, or Video Editor, preferably within an agency or a multi-project environment.
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong skills in visual storytelling, motion graphics, typography, and dynamic editing.
• Curiosity, creativity, meticulousness, and a strong sense of aesthetics and narrative structure.
• Effective time management, autonomy, and ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects.
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary creative team.
• Fluent in both French and English.
