Minotore is a digital company specializing in market finance. We help financial service players, Asset Managers, Wealth Managers, CIBs, financial advisors and fintechs, design powerful digital experiences aligned with business and regulatory requirements in finance.

Our activity is structured around three complementary business lines:

  • MDP (Minotore Digital Platform): a site builder designed to create customized digital journeys for finance professionals.
  • Minotore Video: a creative studio producing high-quality content tailored to financial sector standards.
  • Minotore Consulting: staffing and digital project support services for high-impact initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare workstations and ensure a fully functional user environment.
  • Deploy and configure new equipment such as laptops, screens and peripherals.
  • Ensure availability and performance of IT infrastructure and internal tools.
  • Manage shared devices including printers, videoconferencing systems, Wi-Fi access points and VPN connections.
  • Provide level-one support to internal users and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain the IT asset inventory including serial numbers and allocations.
  • Manage user identities and access rights including creation, modification, deletion and license assignment.
  • Participate in incident analysis and resolution.
  • Document and update internal IT procedures.
  • Monitor production platforms in coordination with technical teams.
  • Contribute to IT projects such as migrations, updates, standardization and security tests.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, networks or systems.
  • Entry-level candidates welcome. Previous experience or internship in an IT environment is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Operating systems: Windows, Linux.
  • Microsoft environments: MS Entra ID, Intune, O365.
  • Basic networking and security knowledge.
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure and monitoring tools.
