Context

Financial websites must meet a unique challenge: addressing diverse audiences while ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience.

This complexity requires designing differentiated, personalized, and secure user journeys, while centralizing content management.

To meet this challenge, the Amundi Department in charge of relations with LCL chose Minotore Digital Platform (MDP) as the technological foundation for the opc.lcl.fr website, designed to highlight Amundi’s investment offering to all LCL clients.

Challenges

  • Design a website that meets the needs of four distinct user profiles (individuals, private banking clients, professionals, and businesses), with tailored content and differentiated journeys.
  • Maintain graphical consistency with the LCL digital ecosystem while differentiating the visual identity of the Private Bank.
  • Migrate content to the new website.
  • Integrate product data, regulatory documents, and performance indicators in a seamless and secure way, with daily data feeds.

Solutions implemented with MDP

A multi-layer technological foundation
The MDP architecture is designed to natively manage multi-profile environments within a single platform. In the case of Amundi, it enabled the rapid deployment of four distinct versions of the opc.lcl.fr website, each with its own branding and content tailored to the target audience, while relying on a shared and centralized technological foundation.
Secure data integration
Implementation of connectors automatically feeding product pages, regulatory documents, and performance indicators. Data is updated daily, ensuring reliability and compliance.
MDP Studio for centralized management
With MDP Studio, business teams benefit from an administration console that centralizes content and access management. They can easily update pages and publish new content using templates and drag-and-drop modules, all within an interface designed to provide a simple and intuitive user experience.
Results and perspectives
  • Website launched in just a few months, thanks to an optimized process and a tailored architecture.
  • A single, multi-profile site capable of efficiently serving four distinct audiences.
  • Centralized and autonomous content management via MDP Studio, providing greater responsiveness to business teams.
  • Reliable and compliant data, updated daily through secure connectors.
The success of this project paved the way for new initiatives, laying the foundation for a long-term collaboration between Amundi and Minotore.
